A long-running Star Wars project I started in 2018 back when I was starting out with blender, so it's nice to see how far I've come in 2 years after revisiting it.

The planet texture is entirely procedural using only noise textures. The clouds use a version of Nasa's 40k Blue Marble Project with a layered subsurface scattering + alpha approach. The final render took just under 12 hours, with 1024 samples on the planet and 8192 samples for the ships.
